Place	Functions
The meeting area	Is where all the members of the newsroom meet to talk about the news agenda for every day. They discuss about the most important news, and they also decide who is going to cover the success.
The studio	Is where the presenter presents to the audience what happened. Next to this room, there is a gallery that is a place where a person of the team of technical staff make sure that the programme is going good without any problem.
The research desk	The researches plan the stories that the journalists will cover in the future, they do it on the research desk. In the research desk there is a telephone and a computer with Internet access. There is also a news diary.
The news desk	Its where the latest news from around the world come to the ears of the reports. The reports have to make quickly decisions about the news that comes to them. In the room there’s a TV, a radio and some computers. The telephone never stops ringing.
The subeditor’s desk	The subeditor makes sure the reports are correct and that they are interesting to the people. He /She uses a dictionary because he /she is responsible for check the spelling and grammar in the reports.
The picture desk	Is where the photographers work. They choose and prepare the best pictures for the news. They have photographers in all the world if the news are happening in other countries.
The editor’s office	The editor decide which reports are going to be published. Is also in charge of everyone in the newsroom.
